Exchange & Refund Policy

All purchases are final once payment has been confirmed, except where an item arrives damaged, defective, materially different from its description or where a remedy is required under applicable law.
Change of mind and sizing
We do not provide returns, exchanges or refunds for the reasons listed below.
Each product has its own sizing information. Customers are responsible for checking the measurements before ordering. Please contact us before purchasing if you need assistance selecting a size.
- A change of mind
- An incorrect size, colour or product selected by the customer
- Minor colour differences caused by lighting or screen settings
- Reasonable variations in print placement, embroidery or textile finishing
- Preorder delays outside Ashina Couture’s reasonable control
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery or returned without their original tags
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what was ordered, please contact Ashina Couture as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide the following information so we can review the issue promptly.
The item must remain unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with its tags and original packaging retained while the claim is reviewed.
- Your order number
- Clear photographs or video of the item
- Photographs of the parcel and packaging
- A description of the issue
Available remedies
Once the issue has been verified, Ashina Couture will provide the remedy available under the circumstances and applicable law, which may include a replacement, repair or refund. Return delivery costs for a confirmed faulty or incorrect item will be covered by Ashina Couture.
Items must not be returned without prior confirmation from our team.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under Malaysian consumer law.
