Shipping Policy

Ashina Couture currently delivers throughout Malaysia. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before your order is confirmed.
Ready-stock orders
Ready-stock items will be prepared for dispatch after payment has been received and verified. Customers will receive tracking information once their parcel has been handed to the delivery provider.
Preorder items
Preorder items have an estimated preparation and arrival period of 2–3 weeks unless a different timeline is stated on the product page. Orders containing preorder items will be dispatched after the items arrive and complete our quality checks.
If an order contains both ready-stock and preorder items, the items may be shipped together when the preorder items arrive unless separate delivery has been arranged.
Delivery delays
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of production, customs clearance, supplier operations, courier disruptions, public holidays, severe weather or other circumstances outside Ashina Couture’s reasonable control.
Ashina Couture is not responsible for courier delays after a parcel has been dispatched. A delay outside our reasonable control does not, by itself, qualify an order for cancellation or refund, except where required by applicable law.
Delivery information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate name, telephone number and delivery address. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect address, an unsuccessful delivery or an unclaimed parcel may be charged to the customer.
Please contact us promptly if tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it. We will assist with raising an enquiry with the delivery provider.
