Preorder Policy

A preorder is an order placed for an item before it is available for immediate delivery. By placing a preorder with Ashina Couture, you confirm that you have read and accepted the estimated timeline and the conditions below.

Estimated timeline

The usual preorder period is approximately 2–3 weeks from payment confirmation unless a different estimate is displayed on the relevant product page.

This timeline is an estimate and may change because of production schedules, supplier delays, customs clearance, shipping disruptions or other circumstances outside Ashina Couture’s reasonable control.

We will provide updates when material information becomes available. A delay outside our reasonable control does not, by itself, qualify a preorder for cancellation or refund, except where required by applicable law.

Payment and confirmation

Full payment is required to secure a preorder. An order is considered confirmed only after payment and the uploaded receipt have been verified.

Please review the product, colour, measurements, sizing and delivery estimate carefully before submitting payment. Preorders cannot be cancelled because of a change of mind, an incorrect size or colour selection, or a change in personal circumstances.

Product variations

Minor differences in colour, print placement, embroidery or finishing may occur because of lighting, screen settings and the nature of textile production. These reasonable variations are not considered defects.

Unavailable items

If Ashina Couture is ultimately unable to supply a confirmed preorder, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate refund or replacement option.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable Malaysian consumer law.
